Payment terms for medical packages will be provided at the time of booking. Deposits may be
required to secure appointment slots. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the policies of
the respective hospitals and travel providers.
4. Travel and Documentation
It is the client's responsibility to possess valid passports, medical visas, and any other
necessary travel documents. We will provide guidance, but the final responsibility lies with the
traveler.
